Rob Mehta + Partners was founded by Rob Mehta, who brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry as both an owner and founder/broker of two companies, and as the head of strategic development and training for one of the largest real estate companies in the United States. Rob has personally been involved in over 1500 career transactions totaling over 1 billion USD and has handled nearly every scenario when it comes to developing, purchasing and selling property.
Our team's specialties range from single family and multi-family properties to office and hospitality as well as alternative investment, portfolio investment and vacation properties and other commercial assets.

MEET THE TEAM
Rob is the founder of Rob Mehta + Partners. His varied background in the property industry has included the founding of two brokerage companies, as head of business development for one of the largest property agencies in the United States, developing education programs for real estate associations and companies, and providing advisory services.
Poorva is a graduate of the London School of Economics (LSE) and the LSE School of Law. Her background consists of working with organizations both large and small. Her experience has included collaboration with the United Nations, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Books for Africa, Habitat for Humanity, and many others in a wide variety of roles.
She is an avid collector of rare Chanel, Vuitton and Goyard.
Broker - Minnesota
Karina began pursuing a career in real estate shortly after graduating from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Helping clients find or sell their property to begin a new chapter in their lives is truly fulfilling; not to mention the opportunities she enjoys meet some amazing individuals.
When not helping her clients with their goals, you can find her painting, writing, hiking re-watching Game of Thrones,
and traveling the world.
Broker - Florida
Sara combines her love for the industry with her passion for education and mentoring Realtors®. She is both a broker and an instructor in Minnesota and in Florida on such subjects as real estate technology, social media marketing, and client retention.
She has served as a Director for the National Association of Realtors, and volunteers her time in the communities she serves and causes that she is passionate about. She was has also managed three independently owned Coldwell Banker offices in Florida.
May is our rockstar research analyst. Her primary role involves compiling datasets around nearly any type of information the team needs, From marketing campaigns to property research, and beyond, May has the amazing ability to find and compile all types of data
She is a graduate of Kasetsart University in Bangkok, and is a self-proclaimed coffeeholic, and enjoys movies, cycling and reading when she is not working.
Business Development Executive
Kate serves as Rob's right hand woman, and is typically the first person that our clients and would-be clients have an initial communication with. Some of Kate's other duties involve fielding PR and other inquiries that the organization receives from journalists and other media sources.
She is a graduate of De La Salle University in Manila, and spends her leisure time with her puppy Como, and enjoys nearly any kind of activity that keeps her outdoors.
