Rob Mehta + Partners was founded by Rob Mehta, who brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry as both an owner and founder/broker of two companies, and as the head of strategic development and training for one of the largest real estate companies in the United States. Rob has personally been involved in over 1500 career transactions totaling over 1 billion USD and has handled nearly every scenario when it comes to developing, purchasing and selling property.
Our team's specialties range from single family and multi-family properties to office and hospitality as well as alternative investment, portfolio investment and vacation properties and other commercial assets.

Rob is the founder of Rob Mehta + Partners. The depth of his background in the property industry has included the founding of two brokerage companies, as head of business development for one of the largest property agencies in the United States, developing education programs for real estate associations and companies, and providing advisory services. He has personally represented clients in over 500M USD in property sales during his time in the industry.
Business Development Executive
Kate serves as our right hand, and is typically the first person that our clients and customers have an initial communication with. Some of Kate's other duties involve fielding PR and other inquiries that the organization receives from journalists and other media sources.
She is a graduate of De La Salle University in Manila, and spends her leisure time with her puppy Como, and enjoys nearly any kind of activity that keeps her outdoors.
Social Media Manager
Aya handles and manages all of our social media accounts by analyzing usage data and developing strategy, producing quality content, and managing all projects and campaigns. Exposure in the various social media channels has equipped her with knowledge on how to reach out to the masses to ensure we have an excellent online presence.
Aya is is a graduate of Holy Cross of Davao College with a Bachelor of Arts Major in Mass Communication. She is passionate about her hobbies in visual art, as well as writing and storytelling, and often spends her free time either, honing her artistic skills, or playing and streaming video games. She also likes to relax with her adopted cat, Ash, during her time of leisure.
Broker - Minneapolis, Minnesota
Karina began pursuing a career in real estate shortly after graduating from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Helping clients find or sell their property to begin a new chapter in their lives is truly fulfilling; not to mention the opportunities she enjoys meet some amazing individuals.
When not helping her clients with their goals, you can find her painting, writing, hiking re-watching Game of Thrones,
and traveling the world.
Broker - Naples, Florida
Brooks combines his love for the industry and assisting clients in with their property needs with a passion for the Florida lifestyle. He is a Minnesota native and now resides full-time in Southwest Florida. He is a specialist in the Southwest Gulf Coast market, from Venice to Marco Island.
When he's not working with our clients, you will find Brooks fully enjoying the tropical lifestyle and the many wonderful beaches of the Florida Gulf Coast.
Broker - Bangkok, Thailand
Mass is a native of Bangkok and he enjoys working with our expatriate owners and buyer/leasing clients in both commercial and residential properties in one of the most diverse and vibrant cities in the world.
Mass is a graduate of Assumption University in Bangkok, and in his spare time enjoys exploring the ever-expanding options of breweries and cafes that the city has to offer.
Research & Data Analyst
Husain is our rockstar research and data analyst. His primary role involves compiling datasets around nearly any type of information the team needs, property research and analysis is his primary focus, which enables our acquisitions team and our clients to get ahead faster in competitive property markets.
Husain is currently enrolled in as a Computer Engineering Undergrad at Zeal College of Engineering in Pune, India, and is aa avid fan of beatboxing, photography, and discovering new music.
May is the glue that keeps our team flowing forward. From keeping schedules and projects on track to troubleshooting all sorts of technical issues, the operation would likely come to a grinding halt without her expertise.
May is a graduate of Kasetsart University in Bangkok, and is a self-proclaimed coffeeholic, and enjoys movies, cycling and reading when she is not working.
