    We provide red carpet, white-glove service to property owners and buyers in Minnesota and Florida.


    RMP was founded by Rob Mehta, who brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry as both an owner and founder/broker of two companies, and previously the head of strategic development and training for one of the largest real estate companies in the United States. Rob has personally been involved in over 1500 career transactions totaling over five hundred million dollars and has handled nearly every scenario when it comes to developing, purchasing and selling property.

    We take our fiduciary responsibilities to our clients seriously. You can rest assured we put your interests in the transaction above all else, and we work diligently to interpret and utilize information to our client's advantage and ensure that your objectives are met in a timely manner.


    Our team's specialties range from single family and multi-family properties as well as alternative investment and vacation homes and commercial properties. We do not specialize in property management however we do have excellent referral resources in place if the need should arise.

Whether it's helping brokers grow their business, building strategic alliances, or simply focusing on the next new idea, running on sheer drive and a relentless vision, Rob will cross the finish line and then will keep on sprinting. For him, there’s no point in slowing down when there’s limitless potential for change.


    The rare times he is not engaged in "the business" you will find Rob on his motorcycle, in his airplane, or out on the warm Florida Atlantic or Gulf waters.



    Poorva is a graduate of the London School of Economics (LSE) and the LSE School of Law. Her background consists of working with organizations both large and small. Her experience has included collaboration with the United Nations, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Books for Africa, Habitat for Humanity, and many others in a wide variety of roles.


    She is an avid collector of rare Chanel, Vuitton and Goyard.

    Karina began pursuing a career in Real Estate shortly after graduating from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Helping clients find or sell their property to begin a new chapter in their lives is truly fulfilling; not to mention the opportunities she enjoys meet some amazing individuals.


    When not helping her clients with their goals, you can find her painting, writing, hiking re-watching Game of Thrones,

    and traveling the world.



    Broker - Minnesota / Florida

    Sara combines her love for the industry with her passion for education and mentoring Realtors®. She is both a broker and an instructor in Minnesota and in Florida on such subjects as real estate technology, social media marketing, and client retention.


    She is a Director for the Minneapolis Association of Realtors, and volunteers her time in the communities she serves and causes that she is passionate about. She was has also managed three independently owned Coldwell Banker offices in Florida.
