Rob Mehta + Partners was founded by Rob Mehta, who brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry as both a founder and broker of two real estate brokerage companies, and as head of strategic development for the largest real estate company in the United States. Rob has personally been involved in over 1500 career transactions totaling over 1 billion USD and has handled nearly every scenario when it comes to developing, purchasing and selling property.
Specialization
Our team's capabilities are handled by residential specialists, with a focus in owner-occupied and investment, with a focus on short-term properties. Our commercial specialists are focused on multi-family, office, industrial, retail and hospitality as well as alternative investment, and portfolio investment.

We place a high emphasis on our fiduciary role in the transaction. Our clients can rest assured we put their interests in the transaction above all else, and we work diligently to interpret and utilize information to our client's advantage and to ensure that their objectives are met in a timely manner.
